As a member of the Tele-Sales Team the Call Center Agent assists the sales team to drive incremental revenue growth and improved overall Sales Productivity and New Account Penetration through initiation of the sales cycle, cold calling and opportunity discovery activities. As a member of the sales team the Call Center Agent is responsible for building and managing sales pipeline and establishing account presence and building trust with key contacts.

The Call Center Agent is a critical position in the success of the Region's continued growth in account base and revenue generation. The Call Center Agent is accountable for facets of the business to include lead generation, revenue growth and customer service.

Make sales calls to prospective customers to provide qualified leads for the field sales team. Maintain and manage customer contact lists to include future follow up and inactive customers. Meet call and lead goals as set by the Manager, Call Center Sales. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Work with sales force to gain new customers. Work with sales force to maintain and grow existing customers. Execute specific sales initiatives as they are developed. Shift is Monday thru Friday. Must be able to work an 8-hour shift between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m

Mandatory Requirements:

Educational Background:

High School Degree or Equivalent Required

Professional Experience:

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience with an Inside Sales Operation. Cold calling and telephone sales experience preferred. Self-Starter Results oriented, with demonstrated customer service
