The principle duties of this position are to assist with all activities associated with the disassembly, inspection and assembly of gas turbine powerplant engines. Excellent interpersonal, planning and organizational skills are needed for a team oriented environment.
This position will require the incumbent to assist with disassembly, inspection, assembly and engine test duties using a variety of production tooling and equipment to accomplish these functions.
Key Job Requirements
1. V2500/F117 Engine disassembly/assembly - Assist with mechanic duties to disassemble engines, engine sections and accessories.
2. Inspection - Assist with Inspection of engines, engine sections, assessories and component parts to determine serviceability and repairability.
3. Demonstrate commitment to the EH&S and continuous improvement programs by complying with all policies and procedures, completing all required training, and supporting all applicable committee activities.
