Position Summary: The position is in the Customer Service Call Center responding to patient inquires on billing and insurance
Responsibilities: Monitors and processes accounts in both the clinic and hospital billing systems providing over the phone and face to face financial counseling to patients and families in accordance with the facility's policies. Assists patients/families with payment arrangements including financial assistance from our organization and/or outside agencies. Performs duties associated with all business associates including but not limited to reconciliations, audits, invoicing, payments, etc.
Qualifications: Basic computer and office equipment knowledge and ability to operate.Familiar and comfortable with multiple software applications including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Internet, DOS applications, Windows applicat
Additional Qualifications: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.Knowledge of and ability to operate basic computer and office equipment.Familiar and comfortable with multiple software applications.Excellent interpersonal skills.Additional languages preferred.Detai
