MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
2. Experience: Must have at least 6 months of work experience in chosen specialty within an acute care setting OR at the discretion of nursing leadership has performed satisfactorily as a New Graduate Registered Nurse and has become productive and functions independently.
3. Licenses/Certifications:
o Current State of Texas license/permit to practice professional nursing.
o Certified in Basic Life Support
o Additional certifications will be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements.
4. Demonstrates commitment to the Partners-in-Caring process by integrating our culture in all internal and external customer interactions; delivers on our brand promise of "we advance health" through innovation, accountability, empowerment, collaboration, compassion and results while ensuring one Memorial Hermann.
