Assists the provider as needed, performs patient care and the intake process in a pleasant and courteous manner, makes every interaction feel important, and a very satisfying experience as the first clinical liaison to the patient's visit. Assures the office flow allows for productivity including a maximized net utilization rate. Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
Experience: One year as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant program completion.
Licenses/Certificates:
BLS Certification or obtain per policy upon hire; maintain such certifications; MA certification preferred.
