Our Performing Servicing team focuses on the customer and strives for operational excellence in servicing mortgage loans and home equity products for our customers.

The Lien Release Department is responsible for preparing satisfactions/reconveyances on loans paid in full in accordance within State Statutory guidelines and Investor/Insurer requirements, in the most cost effective manner for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, while at the same time providing quality and timely service to both internal and external customers.

Duties may include:

Processing incoming and outgoing mail items Performing various data entry tasks Preparing, researching and submitting documents, data and records according to department procedures and government regulations Works under direct supervision following established procedures Specific responsibilities include but not limited to:

Develop and maintain positive, effective working relationships with internal business partners critical to the achieving objectives Maintain accurate production tracking records May need to fulfill Notary Public requirements May need to fulfill Authorized Signer delegation requirements

Required Qualifications

6+ months of experience in a production or general office environment

Desired Qualifications

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information Good communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy skills Solid problem solving skills

Other Desired Qualifications

Ability to lift items weighing approx. 25-50 lb. Proven time management and strong organizational skills Ability to assimilate to change with demonstrated ability to be flexible in a dynamic work environment Strong computer skills (including Excel and Word) 10-key Proficient Mortgage servicing, mail room and/or operations clerk experience Previous Lien Release experience Working knowledge and experience with the following programs and/or systems: Fidelity/CPI/LPS/LIS/MSP, Rekon and/or LIV/ICMP

Job Expectations

This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents.
