Location: Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea
Join the team of dedicated employees at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea, named one of Fortune magazine's "Best Companies to Work For" and winner of Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond awards.
We are looking for a talented Chef to manage the kitchen of our high volume Ferraro's Restaurant and Bar. This position reports to our Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef. Work authorization for this location is required.
Responsibilities
Supports the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef by managing the Ferraro's kitchen and maintaining standards and cleanliness of the restaurant.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language Must have minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef Must be a motivating team leader who instills passion in their kitchen staff to attain above and beyond guest service and experiences Fluent in ordering, costing, line check, creating specials, kitchen performance and quality control Must possess strong communication skills and be able to communicate to all audiences Knowledge of culinary trends Must have the work authorization for this location
