The Assistant General Manager (AGM) contributes to the success of Buca di Beppo through the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and company profitability. The AGM responsibility is to direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation by directing and supervising supervisors and family members.
With at least :
Minimum of Two (2) years prior experience in a similar position in a full service, high volume restaurant required
Culinary/Kitchen management experience preferred
Highly proficient in verbal and written communication
Proven leadership skills in accessing and developing talent
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office and prior experience with Aloha POS, Open Table and Menu Link preferred
Two (2) year associate's degree or a bachelor's degree from a four (4) year college (preferred).
