Field Energy Advisor Job Description: · Canvass solar instillations and qualified neighborhoods with the team · Educate homeowners on the benefits of converting to solar · Qualify homes and homeowners for solar · Use iPads and Salesforce to communicate with the sales team · Set appointments for solar consultants to come meet the homeowner and sign them up



 



You’ll be in the field with good people and an iPad, explaining solar to homeowners and setting up appointments for the sales team.



 



Qualifications: · Strong communication skills · Customer service oriented · Ability to work evenings and weekends · Enough integrity to work unsupervised · Technological proficiency with the iPad and Google calendars · You must love people · You must love teamwork



· High School or equivalent



 



Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · On-foot, we canvass neighborhoods, qualify homes, roofs, and the homeowners themselves to make sure they’re a good fit for our solar program · Attend trainings to learn basic information on solar and Sunrun specific processes · Track all field activity with iPad and digital timecard · Effectively communicate with other canvassers and the sales team · Meet minimum performance standards
