As a Delivery Manager, you'll serve as Aaron's ambassador, upholding our commitment to excellence by working directly with a team of Delivery Drivers. Job Duties Manage Customer Deliveries Manage and maintain the full aspects of a fleet of 20 vehicles (Maintenance, Fuel, service, etc) Ensure all merchandise is clean and in operating condition by performing routine audits. Ensure delivery schedule are followed Partner with corporate Driver Compliance Dept on D.O.T Renewals, Random Drug Testing and Accident Investigations. Public/customer relations with regards to “Safe Driving” calls Customer Service (store Deliveries, damages, service merchandise, unloading performance) Backhauling Driver Logs (training, completion, accuracy, violations, collection, retention, reporting) Delivery records (Completion, accuracy, collection,, retention) Service Center liaison (tracking, security, packaging, damages) Fleet & Product security Fulfillment Center security Driver Payroll & Benefits Expense Management (P&L Delivery Cost Management, Driver Expenses) Job Requirements Position routinely requires lifting, loading, and “dollying” heavy merchandise Maintain professional appearance Good communication skills Previous fleet maintenance & repair management experience Previous driver supervising experience Good computer skills Safety training experience As a Delivery Manager at Aaron's, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package that includes: Paid time off including vacation days, sick days and holidays Bonus & commission opportunities Five day work week, Sundays always off!
