Responsable des prparations culinaires, restaurant et banquet, coordonner la rpartition des tches confies votre quipe et assurer le bon droulement de l'activit dans les dlais impartis.

Pour la partie restaurant, laborer les plats du jour et les menus en collaboration avec le responsable du restaurant, et s'assurer de la satisfaction des clients.
