Certified Medical Assistant - Ozark Primary Care - FT - Variable Hours
The Certified Medical Assistant will perform administrative and clinical duties. Administrative duties may consist of updating and filing patients' medical records, filling out insurance forms, answering the telephones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments. Clinical duties may consist of taking medical histories, recording vital signs, assisting physicians during examinations, removing sutures and changing dressings as well as collecting and preparing laboratory specimens. Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Experience:
Two years experience in the medical field
Physician office experience preferred
Requirement:
Must be a Certified Medical Assistant.
Licenses/Certificates:
Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) Certification
