Bartender

Our bartenders don’t just pour beer and mix drinks, they are responsible for taking our guests to the next level!  As a bartender you will be working in a fast-paced, guest-centric, team focused environment which focuses on fulfilling our guests' needs by:

• Demonstrating genuine hospitality
• Taking accurate orders and partnering with fellow team members to serve beverages that exceed guests' expectations
• Mixing, garnishing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to company specifications for guests at the bar and in the club
• Keeping the bar stocked and clean while always providing friendly and attentive service
• Adhering to company standards for serving alcoholic beverages
• Attempt to limit problems related to customers’ excessive drinking by following established procedures

Skills / Requirements

Requirements:

• Outgoing personality
• Ability to multi-task
• Guest focused
• Previous bartending experience a plus
• ServSafe Alcohol or other Responsible Alcohol training a plus
• Standing for long periods of time
• Reliable transportation
