Refrigeration Specialist6365 / Full-Time

We have an opening for a Refrigeration Specialist based in Florida. This position will have responsibility for all Refrigeration and HVAC oversight for approximately 100 TFM stores primarily in Florida and the Gulf States.

• Capability to remotely troubleshoot and assist stores/maintenance coordinators/contractors with refrigeration/HVAC issues
• Be responsible to order parts per stores /maintenance coordinators requests
• Manage all out of contract refrigeration costs
• Build and manage relationships with refrigeration vendors in area stores
• Support refrigeration/ HVAC side of remodels (schedule, quality of work, walk through, warranty)
• Support Grand Openings for new stores in area
• Be responsible for GO, 60 days, 1 year punch list for new stores in area with follow up on completion
• Be responsible to visit area stores on an annual basis with follow up on all outstanding items requiring repair
• Handle small projects in area stores using own technical skills
• Help to coordinate capital improvement projects in area stores
• Visiting area stores with higher than average electrical/gas bills to analyze issue and find resolution
• Visiting area stores with continuous issues related to refrigeration /HVAC in order to get the problem resolved

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years field supermarket refrigeration service and startup experience
• Proficient with Excel and CPC UltraSite software
• Travel 3 days per week, every week
