*Temporary Admin Position Available immediately*
Are you in the medical field? Do you have administrative/clerical experience?
We are looking for you!
The administrative assistant will work in San Ramon.
This contractor will be working in the medical clinic as temporary front desk assistant.
Duties will be checking patients in and out, answering phone calls and emails, obtaining answers to questions, taking messages, organizing paperwork, transferring paperwork into the EMR system.

Need someone highly detail oriented, customer service oriented, and organized.
The clinic is on the main campus in San Ramon and consists of mainly travel medicine and pre-employment screenings. There is one PA/supervisor, one nurse practitioner, and one RN. C
Contractors must be okay with paperwork, emails, phone calls, and getting questions answered as this will be the majority of their job over checking in patients.

Requirements

*Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint *2-4 years experience required* **Previous Chevron experience preferred** **Medical experience preferred** **Experience using WebChart a plus** * Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents *File and retrieve corporate documents, records and reports *Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails *Ability to work independently and manage ones time *Ability to keep information organized and confidential
