THESE ARE NOT TEMPORARY OPENINGS
We are seeking candidates to join our growing team at our Cranbury NJ onsite. Positions available are for qualified Electric Pallet Jack Operators / Selectors to perform a selecting function to support our customer. Our associates utilize Electric Pallet Jacks / Double EPJ's to hand select merchandize in our logistics warehouse. Associates also utilize RF scan units to perform the select function.
Our associates earn a $12 per hour base wage to start in their 2 week training program. After training, associates move into a performance incentive model and must maintain a productivity standard of selecting 76 cases per hour at a minimum base wage of $13 per hour. Associates are paid based on INDIVIDUAL productivity based on cases picked per hour and can earn up to $20.25 per hour!!! Average pay rate of our existing team is $16.94 per hour.

These positions DO NOT utilize sitdown forklifts or Hi-Lo or High Reach lifts.

-6 months Previous Experience operating Electric Pallet Jacks in a warehouse environment
-Previous experience performing as a selector or order picker
-Good oral and written communication skills in order to utilize the RF scan system and communicate with parent companies supervisors
-OWN transportation
-Previous warehouse experience
-Willing to submit to the required pre-hire drug screen and background screen
-Ability to work with minimum supervision
-individual drive to earn top rates
