Part Time or Full Time
- Looking for a New York State Licensed Professional Registered Nurse (R.N.)
- Must have 2-4+ years experience in a patient care setting.
- Must have 2+ years experience in a supervisory or administrative position in a home care agency, long term care facility, assisted living or nursing home.
- Working knowledge of of Department of Health regulations for a Licensed Home Care agency is required.
- Previous office and leadership experience.
- Experience in Long Term Care, DOH Policy and Procedures, or a LHCSA a must.
Responsibilities Overview
1. Assist with the management and day to day operations of the agency
2. Oversee the clinical and compliance requirements of the NYS DOH and home care regulations
3. Manage client assessments and plan of care
4. Conduct clinical orientation, supervise and evaluate field staff
