Einstein Bros. Bagels(R) is hiring for a General Manager in Dillon, CO!

The General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the restaurant daily operations, providing exceptional customer service, smiling faces, mentoring staff and managing the store financials.

Duties include, but aren't limited to:



* Maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure quality and food safety



* Analyze, manage and control sales, profit & loss (P&L) according to company standards and objectives



* Consistently developing new business thru catering and growing the operation both inside and outside the four walls



* Recruit, Interview, and hire store staff members



* Train and develop store staff



* Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations, and all company policies & procedures during all shifts.



* Provide exceptional customer experiences and service



* Performing all restaurant positions (Customer Service, Baker, etc.)



Job Requirements:



* Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience (3 years preferred)



* Must speak and read the English language



* ServSafe Certification (can complete this upon hire)



* High School Degree



* Must be at least 21 years of age



* Hold a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance to Company Policy and retain automobile insurance coverage in at least the amount required by law.



* Must be able to work varied hours / days as business dictates including early hours (2am-7am depending on restaurant)
