Construction Surveyor

Looking to add 2 surveyors to their team. They are the General Contractor that recently won project with universal. They are responsible for conducting as-built surveys on site. These are done to ensure the proper execution of construction based on building plans. Also owner requires documentation (surveys) to be done during the construction process.

• 4+ years of construction surveying
• Candidates must come from vertical construction, DOT/Civil/Land survey experience WILL NOT suffice for this position.
• Candidates must have experience with Total Station Survey equipment (others like Nikon, Lidar, Topcon)
• Must be able to take detailed notes on survey data to provide back to project engineer and owners.
• Must be able to manage a crew of 2-3 total surveyors
• Large Commercial construction experience required (Will be in charge of 40 vertical buildings)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and any other applicable software
