Pridestaff is working with innovative companies in the North Atlanta area to fill immediate temp-to-hire openings on first shift. These companies have been experiencing steady growth and are well regarded in their respective industries.

Location: Alpharetta, GA

Temp-to-permanent

1st Shift Hours - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities include some or all of the following:

• Operate an injection molding machine
• Communicate problems as they arise production lead, supervisor, or manager.
• Maintain equipment in proper working order.
• Conduct basic quality inspection of work in accordance with SOPs.
• Complete required production tracking worksheets
• Perform setup of vertical molding machines as needed.
• Maintain operation of multiple automated machines.
• Ensure machines are operating within specified ranges in accordance with applicable setup sheets.
• Perform first piece and in process inspections in accordance with applicable work instructions, SOP’s, and customer requirements.
• Read and interpret part drawings/diagrams to take critical measurements of molded parts
• Assemble, disassemble and clean/PM molds as required.
• Troubleshoot process equipment and tools when there are problems.
• Electronics and mechanical assembly

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 yr recent relevant work experience
• High school diploma (or GED)
• Stable work history
• Ability to make repetitive, precise hand movements
• Previous manufacturing, production and injection molding experience.
• Ability to perform in a detail-oriented environment, fast-paced environment while complying with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, GMP, GDP, ISO and FDA requirements
• Good hand / eye coordination and manual hand dexterity are important
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand instructions given written or verbally in English
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Mechanically inclined
• Must be willing to submit to thorough background check and drug screen
