Our Behavioral Technicians provide behavior therapy to support and encourage growth and skill development.

Position Responsibilities:





  • Provide therapy as directed by Senior Staff, following directions and policies




  • Interact with the clinical team and families to ensure client progression




  • Proactively communicates with Senior Staff, therapy team, and client families




  • Actively participate in team meetings to discuss case progress




  • Complete all session documentation and paperwork, including behavior notes





 



 



Position Requirements:



 



 





  • Must be creative, energetic, playful and have a natural ability in interacting with children




  • Able to follow directions, procedures, and all ethical guidelines




  • Good analytical/critical thinking skills with the ability to record and track therapy progress




  • Ability to communicate and represent self in a professional manner




  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships




  • Must be reliable and flexible, with a strong work ethic




  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older




  • High school diploma or equivalent




  • Able to lift up to 35 pounds




  • Able to pass a thorough Caregiver Background Check




  • Reliable transportation, valid WI driver's license, and proof of auto insurance




  • Previous experience working with children on the autism spectrum or other disabled individuals is a plus




  • College coursework in a human services related discipline is a plus
