Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
The right candidate will be an integral part of an elite customer service team for an innovative marketing company in Shelton, CT
Responsibilities Include
- Handle inbound calls
- Email, fax and mail for various customers
- Sell new products and upsell to prospective customers
- Quickly and effectively solve customer service related issues
- Maintain quality control/customer satisfaction
- Order entry
- Enter payments/close payments out
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center related experience

Preferred Qualification:
- Looking for someone with analytical skills to identify/solve problems
- Ability to multitask
- Must be Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written
