Our life sciences client in Waltham, MA is seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives to start ASAP
Responsibilities:
- 150 Outbound calls per day to follow up with families seeking more info on stem cell preservation for families expecting a baby
- Data entry into computer
- Needs to have strong MS Office skills
Qualifications:
- HS Degree required
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Must have great communications skills over the phone and ability to stay focused and make outbound calls at high volume
