Inventory Worker

One of Long Island's top companies is in need of an Inventory Worker. On a daily basis this individual will:

Receive incoming material from trucks utilizing various Warehouse equipment such as but not limited to Forklift, Picker and Pallet Jack.

Package materials to be shipped safely and meet regulations, including international shipping requirements.

Clean received repair material in accordance with procedures and environmental regulations.

Tag and move material to proper locations.

Retrieve material from inventory to fill Pick List and Sales Order/SRO requirements.

Enter inventory and Pick List data into the business system.

Coordinate shipping, including the packaging of components for shipment and the loading of material onto trucks.

Confirm the Bill of Materials with items being shipped.

Disburse inventory items as required.

Perform location audits, inventory cycle counting, and reconciliation of cycle counts.
