We are currently looking for a bright, highly motivated entrepreneur type with an excellent student mentality. Representatives will be speaking with customers face to face about pricing, packaging, and setting up new accounts for our clients. Candidates with customer service, sales, retail, or management experience are a plus!
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting our current sales team with product displays.
- Assisting walk-in customers andprocessing new orders.
- Recommending alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications.
- Increasing sales & average order size by means of up selling, add-on sales, and offering promotional sales items.
- Achieving and maintaining rapport with customers and working to give them the best possible service.
- Working closely with account managers to continue teaching and training.
(Competitive base plus uncapped commission)

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma and one to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Must be comfortable with face-to-face customer interaction.
