FTI is hiring for the position of a Business Development Associate for one of our clients.
The successful candidate for this position will be an ambitious individual who presents themselves with a positive and professional attitude. Individuals in this Business Development Associate position should have basic knowledge or experience in customer service, business development and client presentations.
The Business Development Associate will provide marketing, advertising and consulting services to customers inside large retail stores with the aim of generating customer leads for each retail outlet while developing and maintaining a deep client base. The Business Development Associate will also be relied upon to maintain and build relationships with a variety of customers to develop opportunities for future business growth.
The Business Development Associate will work with customers to identify programs and opportunities that meet their needs, and will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Associate:
Develop, plan and execute in-store customer acquisition and lead generation activities
Build relationships with customers. Work with customers to inform them about services that best meet the their needs
Present a warm and personable attitude to each and every customer
Attend and participate in meetings and training
