Assistant Project Manager/ Project Engineer

-Will work with Project Manager to understand projects
-Will work within excel heavily
-Will develop oil and gas project scopes
-Will communicate with estimators on what exactly needs to be scoped
-Will occasionally visit clients and construction sites

-Great Entry level position for aspiring Project managers in a company that values promoting from within.

-Daily activities will include working closely with estimators, using excel, and developing project management skills.

Work Environment: Will be working 90% of the time in the office and 10% visiting client and coonstruction sites.

Will primarily be working with/assisting Project Managers and Estimating team.

Culture is very "team" based with meetings & feedback. Qualifications: Must Have:
-Strong Desire to be in O&G or Industrial Construction business
-Want to become a Construction Manager/Project Manager

Nice To Have:
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, or Engineering
-Will look at candidates with no experience, but degree wanting to get into the industry.
Will also look at candidates with 1-3 years' experience as field/project engineer on construction sites with no degree (Industrial Construction) Power, O&G, or Petro Chemical Industry
Performance Expectations: Will be measured on ability to communicate effectively with project managers & estimators.
