What You’ll Be Doing
- Attention of cleanliness to all service tools (dishware, glasses, utensils, etc.).
- Maintain, clean, and correct any problems with dish machine.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area during all periods of business (especially busy times).
- Effectively take in, organize, and put away all delivered product from various vendors – following all food safety policies and procedures (stocking of product).
What You Need for this Position
- Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
- Able to stoop and bend
- Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
- Able to comply with safety and health code standards
- Able to handle responsibilities that require repetitive motion tasks
