What You’ll Be Doing

• Resolve all guest requests in an efficient manner.
• Productive and proactive in providing personalized guest experiences.
• Answer questions regarding all aspects of the hotel and restaurant outlets, amenities and services.
• Effectively operate the phones with a pleasant and professional tone of voice.
• Maintain control of the seating flow within the restaurant (maximizing restaurant capacity & proper rotation of sections).

 What You Need for this Position

• The ideal candidate has or is working in the customer service industry and embraces the "can-do" attitude for the guest.
• A deep passion for hospitality
• Positive Attitude
• Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours or more
• Able to stoop and bend
• Occasionally able to lift up to 40 pounds 
• Able to safely work with potentially dangerous chemicals and equipment
• Able to comply with safety and health code standards
