Help needed for my father in his 80s - seeking part-time companion care. The ideal match will meet the requirements below. Transportation: To doctors, groceries, church. Meal Preparation: Healthy diet. Staying current with his community and remote family is highly important. As he receives holiday greeting cards, ideally a proactive caregiver will log the card in a notebook, prepare a return envelope with stamp and return address, help Dad write the message, and get it in the mail. The same goes with birthday cards. A proactive caregiver would also help him conduct video chats with family around the country on a regular basis.
