Aerotek is currently looking for 30 CSR2 candidates with at least 2-3 years experience in a call center.
As Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to respond to a high volume (approximately 50-100) of customer contacts providing support in the areas of general billing, retention, retail and responded activation's, and phone and value added services sales and support. The Customer Service Representative will be required to quickly analyze customer needs, research and resolve billing and equipment issues, and provide information and sales support on our products and services. Your ability to listen to customers needs, resolve expressed concerns, and sell the value of unique product and service solutions will be the key to your success as we strive to continuously improve quality and retain customers in a competitive and rapidly changing wireless industry. The ideal candidate will be action oriented, customer focused, a quick learner, and able to build peer relationships to work effectively as a member of a team.
