Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Description:
- Making outbound calls to various customers
- Sell new products and upsell to prospective customers
- Order entry
- Enter payments/close payments out
- Resolve any customer service related issues
Qualifications:
- Recent call center experience required
- Technical call center experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Data entry skills
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 10:00am-7:00pm OR Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
