Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

  • Making outbound calls to various customers
  • Sell new products and upsell to prospective customers
  • Order entry
  • Enter payments/close payments out
  • Resolve any customer service related issues

Qualifications:

  • Recent call center experience required
  • Technical call center experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Data entry skills

Schedule:

Monday- Friday 10:00am-7:00pm OR Monday - Friday 10:00am-6:00pm
