Architectural Estimator - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is currently hiring for an Estimator for an established architectural consulting firm.

Projects will focus on industrial, k-12, university, multifamily, box stores ranging from $2M - $20M+

Responsibilities:

• Working on multiple projects.
• Represent the company to clients and potential clients.
• Develop strong design team relationships.
• Communicate respectfully with subcontractors, owners, engineers and architects.
• Perform detailed take-offs, read blue prints & provide plan review comments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages in the preconstruction process.
• Prepare well-thought out and accurate budgets for projects.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of estimating experience prefferably within an architectural firm.
• Previous work experience must reflect client interface, and good leadership/communication needed.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to thoroughly read and understand blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent computer literacy.

***Must be available to start within two weeks of hire. No relocation available***
