Pridestaff, a national staffing company, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representative, to work on a temporary to permanent basis with our clients.

Job Responsibilities
Customer Service Representatives work in a face to face environment assisting customers with product knowledge.
Additional responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative will include:
· Answering in bound calls from customers in a professional manner
· Product knowledge
· Enter customer information in the system and identify and escalate priority issues

Job Requirements
As a Customer Service Representative you must have at least 1 years’ experience in a retail environment. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as effective listening skills.
Additional requirements for the Customer Service Representative will include:
· Retail experience a plus
· Strong Customer Service experience in a face to face environment
· A High School Degree or equivalent
