Description

HR Solutions Manager

The HR Solutions Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations associated with maintaining employee master data, administering HR programs and providing Tier 1 support to employees, managers and Field HR. The HR Solutions Manager will partner with Benefits, Legal, business partners, vendors and others to execute tasks and projects, resolve operational issues and ensure continuous improvement in the service delivery of HR operations. The incumbent in this job must be a driver of process improvements and possess a high degree of project management skills and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and/or support HR service driven special projects and change initiatives by partnering with the HRBPs, Legal, Business leaders and other key stakeholders to close service delivery gaps, streamline processes and deliver overall positive business impact.


  1. Manage the HR Solutions team ensuring all employees, managers and Human Resource team inquiries are accurately addressed in a professional, cost-effective, timely manner. Establish performance levels and service standards to ensure productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards.


  1. Manage all activities associated with HR Tier-One service delivery, including developing and implementing processes, training documentation, driving regulatory compliance and working with HRIS and IT teams to implement enabling technologies. Serve as a subject matter expert and key resource in the procedural applications of customer facing/internal HR operations.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skill set and the ability to communicate well with all levels of management as well as across various disciplines
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of integrity and trust.
  • Ability to plan, direct and supervise staff
  • Ability to communicate and listen effectively with strong judgment skills, demonstrate a proactive style while maintaining professionalism in dealing with sensitive and confidential matters
  • Demonstrate innovative thinking to problem solving and customer service
  • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
  • Call center managerial experience a plus.


Qualifications

  • SAP HR experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Technology or related field
  • Three – Five years progressive experience in HR and/or business related process discipline with focus on continuous improvement, performance management and analytics
