Aerotek is now searching for a Service Manager for an opportunity in Reno, NV. Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily service schedule
- Work with service technician team and create schedules and trainings
- Review/audit service tickets, project costs, etc
- Develop and grow service department by meeting quotes, growth goals, and improving processes
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements include:
- Associates degree/and or other educational studies in field of Electronics
- 5+ years' experience in low voltage systems
- Construction experience preferred
- Must have experience with installation and operation of electronic systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of local and national fire/electric codes
