Household Cleaner

I'm seeking a reliable and flexible cleaner for every other week service. My biggest need areas are vacuuming/mopping and bathrooms (toilets, sinks, showers). I really would value someone open to tackling a different little project each week too - maybe windows in a given room, wiping down doors of their finger prints, or cleaning my hard-to-clean stovetop. Definitely looking for a cleaner with a critical eye - to help me get these jobs done with better quality than I've been doing them.
