About this job
The candidate will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from the Prize Logic account. The candidates will be responsible for answering anywhere between 50-80 calls per day where they will have to speak with the callers and assist them with the issues that have come up. There will be calls where the customer is trying to get a rebate on a promotion that is running and there may be an issue with the rebate. The candidate will have to provide the customer with status updates and why the issue has occurred. The calls are more important then the amount of calls they are receiving. Being able to handle the call the first time will be crucial.
Retail Customer Service experience is fine as long as they have great personality and have a good presence over the telephone.
Computer skills are a must. Will be tested on accuracy and basic understanding.
If people come from the typical call center background (ACS, Minacs, etc), they want to see strong job tenure. Leaving minacs after anything less than a year would reflect very poorly for example.
Outbound calling can translate but it usually does not translate as well as people who are used to taking inbound calls.
Required Skills
* Data entry or order processing experience of 1+ years
* 1+ years of experience in a customer service or help desk capacity required.
* Some experience with multiline telephones, online ticketing systems, and personal computers helpful.
* Excellent grammar and use of the English Language.
* Ability to translate the spoken word into the written word.
* Ability to communicate on a personable level with patience and empathy.
* Excellent use of electronic communications.
* Multi task in a fast paced environment.
* Work in an open team environment.
* Focus on project at hand with multiple conversations going on around him/her.

Education and Experience
* High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
* Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
