Staff Management | SMX, the country's leading provider of on-premise staffing and management solutions, is currently hiring Sorters at our client's Recycling site in Inver Grove Heights, MN. You may reach us at: 612-900-7786 The base pay rate for the position is $9.00 but we currently have a bonus plan that will allow you to earn up to $11.00 by meeting productivity, safety, and attendance expectations.
Job Responsibilities:The Sorter is responsible for safely and efficiently processing incoming recyclable materials so that outbound commodities are acceptable for sale to various brokers or mills. The principle responsibilities being sort and segregate recoverable materials e.g., aluminum, plastic, glass, paper, etc.-from incoming waste

Associate Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to Lift 20 pounds
