About this job
Candidates will spend nearly 100% of their time on the phone answering questions for customers. Questions may range over a variety of topics. These calls can come from anyone across the US. There are about 80 to 100 calls per day.
Candidates are expected to sell products and services and achieve sales goals
Additionally, candidates will:
-Enhance the customer's relationship with our client by marketing new products and services
-Handle each customer with a friendly & courteous service
-Follow strict procedures for handling various types of inquiries
Minimum Qualifications:
6 months of customer service experience
