About this job
The purpose of the Customer Service rep is;
-Manage the Customer Order process from order entry to order delivery by optimizing the service level through efficiency and high quality standards.
-Be responsible for all administrative tasks enabling customers to receive their products within the best possible conditions.
-Settle all potential customer disputes or complaints.
Main responsibilities:
-Answer phone calls (customers, sales force)
-Orders by phone : key-in orders proactively, suggest ongoing promotional offers to customers, propose alternative products in case of out of stock
-Receive, check and key-in orders received by fax, email, etc and correct potential errors.
-Run the daily order release process and reconcile the releases daily.
-Manage outstanding orders (customers, sales force)
-Manage credit limit issues and held clients issues (in coordination with accounting / customers / sales force)
-Follow-up order shipments according to procedures in place
-Print and send invoices to customers
-Ensure interface with warehouse operations
-Follow-up customer returns
-Follow-up customer disputes in coordination with warehouse operations
-Draw-up credit notes (disputes, defective products, returns…)
-Follow-up and control consignment stocks and draw-up all necessary paperwork
-Organize and monitor customer files
