Elizabethtown Ky, Company seeks Customer Service Representative
1st shift, 9AM-5PM
$9-$11/HR.
Duties include:
DSL, Telephone, Digital Video, Surveillance Systems, Alarm sytems, etc.
They will work with customers that call into the office as well as walk ins.
Basic computer skills.
Customer service via telephone. Reviewing and explaining accounts.
Requirements:
1 year of verifiable experience or training in customer service or call center position.
Must have general knowledge of office equipment and able to perform general office duties.
Must be able to pass a background check.
