Description

Recruit and source for Technical Candidates from various job boards, technical schools, and social media.

Management of the entire sourcing and recruiting process.

Develop candidate pipeline for potential staffing need and manage applicant database.

Extensive pre-qualification of candidates and position requirements.

Interview and evaluate candidates for manufacturing, technical, sales and administrative positions.

Present applicants to the internal management team for their open positions to identify appropriate job matches.

Successful placements and increased retention through proven search methodology of both skill and company culture match.
Requirements

At least 3 years technical recruiting experience.

2 or 4 year College Degree or equivalent business experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Energetic, self-manager who can lead and achieve sales goals.

Self-starter to develop creative ways of obtaining business.
