Job Requirements:
Maintains a visible presence on the dining room floor, interacting with guests.
Works alongside, mentors our front of the house staff
Schedules, hirers and traines a front of the house staff of 100 people
Runs our bars including working very late on a Monday night (our volleyball tournament night with a dance club bar atmosphere)
Knows wines, craft beers, creative cocktails and infusions
Books special events and functions from taking the initial call to running the event
