JOB SUMMARY:

Provides friendly and personalized beverage service to casino guests, Table Games Beverage Servers and Hospitality Ambassadors with 2 minutes or less production cycle for a 15 drink tray

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :

* Provides friendly and personalized beverage service to casino guests, Table Games Beverage Servers, Hospitality Ambassadors, and Bartenders with 2 minutes or less production cycle for a 15 drink tray

* Utilizes the Spotlight on Service Skills to delight the guest by delivering service with an upbeat & positive attitude and building great relationships

* Prepares and pours drink orders with proper portions and ingredients according to recipe, communicates with beverage servers, and presents drinks to guest or servers as required

* Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure; places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, paper supplies and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures

* Slices fruits such as Oranges, Lemons, Limes, Cherries, and Olives

* Fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines

* Washes and dries beverage glasses and Replaces empty beer kegs

* Removes and properly disposes of all debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department procedures

* Operates and maintains all equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures.

* Maintains a clean and stocked workstation in accordance with established health and safety guidelines

* Operates a cash register/POS System, ringing proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change; account for all cash, charge and complimentary sales according to establishment procedure; maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities

* Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines

* Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relation functions; appears in publicity photos

* Works closely with Total Rewards Center to promote casino events and new card sign up programs

* Collaborates with team, especially Table Games Beverage Servers, Hospitality Ambassadors, Hospitality Supervisors, Food & Beverage Supervisors, Bartenders, and Bar Attendants to ensure efficient service to all guests

* Provides personalized service using guest name and checks for satisfaction to resolve guest or services issues

Operates a player tracking system for marketing slots promotions and relates such locations to co-workers

Qualifications:

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

* High school diploma with previous knowledge in Beverage & Bartending and demonstrated success working in a guest contact position

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Literate and fluent in English

* Must be 21 years of age

* Excellent customer service/communication skills

* Mathematical abilities including the ability to add, subtract.

* Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

* Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.

* Must be able to obtain Care Card from approved Care Training provider

PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

* Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation

* Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues

* Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

* Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items (i.e., pens, money, garnishes), bend, stoop and twist while carrying bar stock to and from supply areas; stand and walk for up to four hours; able to use hand motions when cleaning and wiping bar areas

* Flexibility in fingers and hands to operate cash register and beverage guns; pickup glasses, ice scoop and use a shot glass to measure liquor according to procedure.

* Must be able to work in constricting areas

* Ability to work with hands in ice for periods up to 4 hours.

Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy

environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
