Position Summary:

Responsibilities: Provides competent medical care to patients within the Physician Assistant/Physician relationship. Exercises autonomy in medical decision making and provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic services. Through a collegial and cooperative team approach, the physician assistant functions as an interdisciplinary team member in the delivery of high quality and cost effective care.

Qualifications:

Additional Qualifications: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Additional languages preferred. Basic computer knowledge

License or Certification: Current Wisconsin Physician Assistant License. Current BLS certification. National Certification by the NCCPA. ACLS Certification is required within 12 months of hire.

Hours/Pay Period: 64

Schedule Details: Rotating shifts M-F 8am - 8pm. Saturdays 9-5. Sundays 10-5. Most Holidays 10 - 3. rotating weekends. rotating holidays

Weekend Schedule: rotating weekend coverage, usually every 3rd to 4th weekend
