We have a part-time/full-time opening for a Express Wash Concierge Needed.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Must have reliable transportation.

What we’re looking for:

• A people person with strong interpersonal and listening skills, and an outgoing attitude


• Minimum of 1 year of sales and direct customer interaction in a car wash, service or retail environment


• Ability to build relationships with customers and educate using soft sell approaches


• Excellent communication skills (listening, verbal, & written)


• Must be available to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

What you would do:

• Present options based on customers expressed needs while promoting special offers or programs available


• Create a one of a kind express wash experience through service and problem solving


• Provide world class customer service by consistently exceeding established performance goals and standards


• Accurately invoice customers based on services performed, process service tickets and balance drawers Thank every customer, answer questions about services and procedures, and invite them to return soon
