Must be able to work varying shift(s) per week and be available weekdays/weekends.

                    4 years c-store or front line customer service experience required,

Prior, proven leadership position needed for top pay.

Have managed up to 10 people in prior position for top pay.

                    Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

                    Be authorized to work in the United States.

                    Must have reliable transportation.

                    Must have a valid driver's license.

                    Background check required.

Wage: Up to $15 an hour for the right candidate.

Our Associates provide top-notch customer service by greeting and thanking each store guest and processing cash register transactions. Associates merchandise products, prepare and package food, make coffee. These Associates are also responsible for ensuring that each Open Pantry location meets high standards for store presentation and cleanliness.

Our locations are currently hiring for Assistant Sales Leaders and Retail Sales Associates with the following work schedule: PT 1st and 2nd Shift Hours - Weekends & Holidays Included - Up to 28 hours per week. Full-Time up to 40 hours a week.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven ability to provide excellent customer service including smiling and displaying a friendly demeanor at all times; ability to suggestive sell and inform customers of our product offerings; ability to count and handle cash accurately; operate a register, lotto/lottery machine, fountain soda, coffee, and other machines in the store. Candidates must be available to work during evenings, weekends, and some holidays.

Physical Requirements: ability to stand/walk throughout shift; ability to lift 10 lbs frequently, 20 lbs regularly; and up to 40 lbs occasionally, reach over head; bend, squat, twist and reach; grasp, pinch, and grip.
