Do you have a passion for Swimming and living a healthy way of life? We are looking for a passionate Swim Team Coach who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and will help our Swim Team members improve their swimming in our state-of-the-art recreational and lap pools, both indoors and out. A typical day for a Swim Team Coach could include:
* Writing and leading Swim Team Group Workouts
* Registering new participants for the Team
* Maintaining the cleanliness and order of our Aquatics Facilities
Duties & Responsibilities
* Provides competitive swimmers the opportunity to master technique
* Identifies and recruits strong talent to help develop a successful swim
program
* Leads daily practices under the direction of the head coach
* Attends and supports swimmers at meets
* Promotes all Life Time products, services and programs
* Immediately reports suspicious or inappropriate behaviors or abuse
relating to youth
Education & Experience
* High school diploma or GED
* One year swim coaching experience
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations
* ASCA Level 1 Certification (mandatory) or higher
* CPR/AED certification required within the first 3 months of hire
* Member of ASCA
* Member of USA Swimming
* CPR/AED certification required within 60 days of hire
* Successfully complete and pass Life Time Swim Instructor Certification
