Requirements

You must be hard-working, dependable, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills. In addition, you must be able to work at a quick pace, be adaptable to change, be great at multi-tasking, have great attention to detail, and handle pressure well. The Prep Team Member is responsible for the preparation of all freshly daily made products in the restaurant (this includes salads, fruit cups, chicken salad, biscuits etc.). This includes (but is not limited to) the proper cleaning, chopping, dicing, and storing of any required products. The Prep Team Member will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining an adequate supply of all fresh produce in the restaurant.
